Sharon and Ed are a couple that we work with here at Anderson Cove.
Periodically we get together on our day off and have dinner and movie at each other’s place. On one particular get together we were enjoying our adult beverages a bit too much. It was then we had the conversation about getting tattoos.
The next day Sharon asked if we were still up for getting tattoos now that we were thinking more clearly.
John said sure why not. She made the appointment at Anchor Tattoo, where a family member of theirs works.
After spending some time picking out tattoos and talking about what we wanted we were each assigned a tattoo artist.
They said it would feel like a little bee sting. They just failed to mention that it would feel like a million bee stings over the course of an hour. OUCH!!!!!
Even the big guy was glad when it was over.
Sharon said she didn’t think it hurt to bad. She was texting and talking and just having a good ole time.
John got a tribal armband that he will eventually get colored in with the birthstone colors of all three kids and all five grandkids. That is if I can convince him to go again.
Sharon got a beautiful flamingo that matches her personality perfectly.
I didn’t get a picture of Ed’s unfortunately.
Mine is the Zodiac sign for Leo and its sunflower. I wanted it to be wispy, fun and carefree just the way kids are. I’ll be getting Riesa, Bane and Liam’s names added later. I was DONE getting tattooed by the time Austin was done with the flower.
Next will be Haidyn and then Ryan. I’m scared…..I think they will be small tattoos.
LOL, looks like John is really enjoying the experience……
