John has been working steadily, adding on to and completely remodeling one of the cabins here in the park.
It is how we pay for our campsite and earn some spending money.
This weekend we spent some of that money at the new Sierra Nevada Beer bottling plant / tasting room / gift shop.
We have been waiting since January for the complex to open and we were not disappointed. As we drove in we were impressed with the design of the roads and bridges.
The posts bordering the bridges were pretty cool, and they carried that theme all through the complex.
Apparently they brew beer EVERYWHERE, even out in the fields along the road (*wink*)
They spared no expense it seems. The parking lot, made completely of pavers, was multi colored using the darker pavers to designate parking spaces….cool!
Then the building! It was so long I would have needed several panoramic pictures to capture the entire complex.
The tours are by reservation only, didn’t know that, so we took a self guided tour. We will definitely be going back so I will be registering for a tour.
Here is the bottling room.
One of the many LOOONNGGG hallways.
A brew room.
Even the floors and stairs are made of metal. I love metal work and I totally love this building.
Enough site-seeing, its time for some beer, Cheers!!
